What we collect

Your name and email, the recipient's name and mailing address, an optional gift note, and your order details. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to process your order, print and mail the letters (through our print-and-mail provider, Lob), send receipts and service messages, and answer questions. We do not sell or rent your information.

Advertising

Our website may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure whether our ads work. It may collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook and browser settings.

Service providers

Stripe (payments), Lob (printing and mailing), Render (website hosting), and Meta (ad measurement). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

We keep order records as long as needed to deliver your letters and meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information through our contact page.

Children

This service is for adults 18 and older and is not directed to anyone under 18.
